MS-DOS であれば con が使えないというのはわかるんですが、 *nix でも似たような制約があったりしたんでしょうか

RADが無いと、開発者がデザインガイドライン無視して勝手にルックアンドフィール考えるし、GUIに明確な不具合を見つけても修正に時間かかるし、HTML5なGUIフロントエンドってさらにデザインが環境無視になるし、GUIが退化してる21世紀＞＜
今となってはRAD自体がC# 以外では死にかかってる技術なのがアレだけど＞＜；
(事実上のDelphi 6/7のクローンである)「Lazarus使ってみれ！＞＜」って言いたくなる＞＜ 20年以上前に実現されてたことから退化してるから＞＜
