第二十六条
すべての者は、法律の前に平等であり、いかなる差別もなしに法律による平等の保護を受ける権利を有する。このため、法律は、あらゆる差別を禁止し及び人種、皮膚の色、性、言語、宗教、政治的意見その他の意見、国民的若しくは社会的出身、財産、出生又は他の地位等のいかなる理由による差別に対しても平等のかつ効果的な保護をすべての者に保障する。

Article 26
All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law.
