いやまあ実際いくらWindowsNT 4.0のソースが手に入ると言ってもちゃんとライセンスされてないし、そのリークされたのを元にOpen NT 4.0とか言うのは盗人猛々しい感じが。せめて独自実装に徐々に置き換えていくよ～としないと #Windows
