PostgreSQL9.6から10へのデータ移行、pg_dumpallでドカンといけた。昔、テーブルスペースとかオーナーの組み合わせがおかしかったのか、pg_dumpallで成功した例しがなかったので、ずっと使ってこなかったんだけど、色々修正されたんかな。
